Hot Chocolate Chaga


1 Cup of Raw Organic Hemp Seeds
2 Quarts of Raw Chaga Tea
1 teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Raw Cacao Butter
1 Teaspoon of Raw Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon of Carob
2 Tablespoons of Raw Organic Cacao Powder
1 Tablespoon of Maca Powder
Honey, birch syrup or maple syrup to taste

Energetically, Chaga blends well with chocolate. This delicious hot chocolate chaga recipe will give you an additional health boost with hemp seeds, Maca Powder and Carob.

Combine raw Chaga tea (See: Cooking Chaga Tea) with organic hemp seeds in a high speed blender and blend for 20 seconds. Strain through a very fine cheesecloth or a strainer. Blend the rest of the ingredients (Pure Vanilla Extract, Raw Cacao Butter, Raw Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Carob, Raw Organic Cacao Powder, Maca Powder) into the strained mixture, add honey, birch syrup or maple syrup to taste and you’re done! Serve chilled or hot!

For a quick and easy Hot Chocolate Chaga drink, stir in a piece of your favorite chocolate into your previously cooked Chaga tea. If your Chaga tea is cold, heat it up in order for the chocolate to melt.

P.S. As always, to get maximum benefits out of Chaga’s medicinal powers, drink hot or cold three to eight cups of Chaga tea daily before meals, preferably on the empty stomach.
