Ingredients:
1 Quarts of Raw Chaga Tea
3/4 Cup of Fresh Blueberries
1 Cup of Coconut Water or Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon of Bee Polen
1 Tablespoon of Raw Cacao Butter
1 Teaspoon of Maca Powder
1 Tablespoon of Maca Powder
Raw Honey, Birch Syrup or Maple Syrup to Taste
Combine 1 cup of coconut water or almond milk with 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries in a blender. Blend the rest of the ingredients in (1 tablespoon of bee polen, 1 tablespoon of raw cacao butter, 1 teaspoon of maca powder, raw honey or birch syrup). Add this mixture to 1 quart of Chaga Tea (See: Cooking Chaga Tea).
Enjoy your blueberry chaga tea hot or cold.
How you drink Chaga very much depends on your personal tastes. Add Fresh or Dried Cranberries, Blueberries, Licorice Root, Peppermint, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Coconut, Orange, Macca, hempseed or chia seeds.
P.S. As always, to get maximum benefits out of Chaga’s medicinal powers, drink hot or cold three to eight cups of Chaga tea daily before meals, preferably on the empty stomach.
